Preset course will last approximately 2 hours and cover all of the information outlined in the course description. During classes the instructor will allow for questions and feedback but will pay close attention to the time to make sure all material is covered. The cost for a preset class is $300 USD.
Custom classes will depend on the length of the training as well as the material covered. The pricing structure for these classes will be determined once the subject material is outlined.

Reporting for your Needs |
There are 232 reports in ORS 9.5! Your agency will not use all 232 reports, there are probably 30-50 reports you will use. All agencies will have some reports that are common but your agency will have some reporting needs those other agencies do not. Let us spend 2 hours with your reporting people to help them get the most from your ORS. It is easier to press a button than to let your fingers do the walking through paper files. |

Maximizing ORS Services |
Services are a versatile way of recording (1) a staff member, (2) a date, (3) a service provided, (4) which program provided the service, (5) where it was provided, (6) how many units of service were provided, (7) how many dollars are associated with the service, (8) any narrative comments (these are confidential comments) you have about the service, and there are (9-11) three user-definable fields to further describe the service. With the new features in ORS 9.5 you select from a list of services specific to the program providing the service; there is no need to wade through a long list of services that apply to other programs but not yours. Then there are the reports to really make the Services a valuable source of information. |

This course provides an in-depth look at how to setup Goals and Evaluations in ORS. Understand how to use the ORS Dictionary and customize the dictionary to meet your needs.
