Course Types
ORS University offers two types of classes, Preset and Custom, which are both designed to offer exceptional training for a fraction of the cost of an onsite trainer.
Preset Classes
The Preset Classes (listed here) will walk users through a predefined course that has been setup to help train on a specific area of ORS. These courses are ideal for refreshing users on portions of the software that they may have forgotten, or training new employees the basics of ORS.
Custom Classes
The Custom Classes allow your organization to focus on exactly the areas that are important to you. Before the class starts the trainer will work with your organization to discuss the areas that you need training on, and put together a course that fits your specific needs. Custom classes are great for those organizations who want to better understand some of the advanced features of ORS.
